Return Process

  Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
