How long does shipping take for instruments?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. High-value instruments like pianos or cellos are shipped via specialized white-glove couriers and may take up to 14 days.
What is your return policy on opened accessories?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days. However, for hygiene and copyright reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened reeds, mouthpieces, earplugs, or sheet music unless they are defective.
Do you offer financing for expensive gear?
Yes, Henry's Music partners with Affirm and Klarna to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select these options during the checkout process to see if you qualify.
Are your instruments set up before they are shipped?
Absolutely. Every guitar, bass, and orchestral string instrument undergoes a professional 15-point inspection and setup by our in-house luthiers before leaving our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If your item arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no extra cost.
